Our client, is a leading manufacturer of premium bathroom solutions, specializing in bathtubs, shower enclosures, shower trays, faucets, washbasins, bathroom furniture, and accessories. With a strong presence across Europe and international markets.
We are looking for a driven
Business Development Manager. This remote role offers the chance to join a dynamic team and help grow the business in key markets. In this role, you will drive business growth, expand market presence, and develop strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the construction, building materials, home improvement, and interior solutions sectors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, contractors, developers, distributors, and retail partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and partners.
- Promote product specifications in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Track and report sales performance, project pipelines, and market insights.

This role is for an allocation of 25% of your time, equivalent to 40 hours per month

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within bathroom fixtures, sanitary ware, building materials, interior products, or commercial construction sectors.
- Existing relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, distributors, and specification professionals are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage a sales territory with minimal supervision.
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with specification sales and selling products through the A&D (Architecture & Design) community is preferred.
- Knowledge of commercial, hospitality, residential, or mixed-use development projects is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required to support client meetings, project opportunities, and industry events.
