We are recruiting for a Business Development & Lead Generation Intern role.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying and qualifying potential clients through research, outreach, and digital tools. Support the sales team in developing pipelines for ICT products (hardware, software) and services (cloud solutions, managed services, consulting). Participate in client engagement activities such as calls, emails, and product demonstrations under supervision. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with lead generation strategies. Prepare reports and presentations on lead generation outcomes and business development activities. Learning Outcomes By the end of the WIL placement, the graduate will: Understand ICT sales cycles and business development processes. Gain practical experience in lead generation and client acquisition. Develop communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Learn to use CRM and digital sales tools effectively. Acquire knowledge of ICT products and services, including their value propositions. Requirements Currently completing a qualification in ICT, Business, Marketing, or related field. Strong interest in technology and business development. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
