We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Cluster Store Manager to oversee the operations, sales performance, profitability, and customer experience across two retail stores. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading store teams, driving revenue growth, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets across multiple stores. Manage store profitability through effective stock and expense control. Lead, coach, and develop teams to maximize productivity and performance. Monitor sales results and implement improvement strategies where required. Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation. Oversee inventory management, stock counts, and shrinkage control. Manage recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning. Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations. Resolve escalated customer concerns and maintain excellent service standards. Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews. Minimum Requirements Matric (Grade 12) is essential. Minimum 3 years'''' experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment. Proven experience managing high-volume retail operations. Valid driver''''s licence and own reliable vehicle (essential). Strong leadership and people management skills. Sound knowledge of retail operations, stock control, and financial management. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Computer literacy, including MS Office and retail POS systems. Well-spoken, professional, and able to confidently articulate commercial and operational responsibilities. Demonstrated ability to lead, train, coach, and develop staff effectively. Strong adaptability and proven leadership capability. Must align with and embody the company''''s brand culture. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in luxury or premium retail brands.
