Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative

Spanish is coming to Heya, and we're looking for exceptional talent to help us build it.

No dancing experience required… but if you've ever wanted to add a little Spanish flavour to Johannesburg, this is your chance. We're excited to be expanding our Spanish-speaking team and are looking for bilingual English and Spanish Customer Service Representatives to join our Johannesburg office.

What you'll be doing

Supporting international customers across voice, email, and chat.

Assisting with customer enquiries, accounts, billing, claims, and service support.

Working closely with a global client in industries such as healthcare, e-commerce, financial services, sales, and more.

Representing both our clients and the Heya brand with professionalism, empathy, and care.

What we're looking for

Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Johannesburg-based and able to work from our offices.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.

Previous customer service or BPO experience is advantageous but not essential.
