Tier 3 Engineer

Our client is seeking a skilled Tier 3 Engineer to provide advanced support, design, and optimisation of Microsoft cloud and data platforms. This role focuses on Azure, Microsoft 365, and modern automation technologies within a high-performance managed services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 escalation support across Microsoft cloud environments
• Design, implement, and maintain Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions
• Support and optimise SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric
• Manage automation and workflow solutions using Power Automate and AI Builder
• Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement and operational governance

Requirements

• 5–10 years’ experience in Microsoft cloud and enterprise environments
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Data Lake, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online
• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (mandatory)
• ITIL Foundation (advantageous)
• Strong troubleshooting, design, and customer engagement skills
