Key Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of Business Analysis experience
• Proven experience working within Agile environments
• Ability to manage and support multiple initiatives concurrently
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Banking industry experience is advantageous
• Credit-related experience is highly beneficial
• Process analysis and optimisation experience preferred
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to perform in fast-paced environments
• Relevant qualifications and references are required
