Regional Branch Accountant

Prism Placements and this leader in the FMCG sector is looking for a Regional Branch Accountant to take ownership of the full regional accounting function in Sandton.

The role is ideal for a detail-oriented Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with operational teams to drive financial accuracy and compliance.

Remuneration:

• Up to R600K C.T.C. per annum excluding bonus.

Experience & Requirements:

• Completed B-degree / ND.
• Min 3-5yrs experience in a similar role from a stock environment where you provided financial support and guidance to branches/management as well as managed month-end reporting, reconciliations and financial controls.
• Willing to travel to branches – own transport /licence a must
• Experience maintaining fixed asset / rental asset registers, preparing VAT returns, budgets, audit packs and year-end reporting.
• Strong IFRS and advanced MS Excel essential.
