About the Role We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist with 10-15 years of proven expertise in managing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise IT environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our organization''s technology infrastructure while providing strategic technical guidance and leadership. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, and security systems. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices. Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives. Administer Microsoft Windows/Linux servers and cloud platforms. Ensure business continuity through backup, disaster recovery, and risk management planning. Provide advanced technical support and mentorship to junior IT staff. Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies. Develop and maintain IT documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and security standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 10-15 years of hands-on IT experience in enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of: Network administration (LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewalls) Server administration (Windows and Linux) Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) Cybersecurity frameworks and tools Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) Microsoft 365 administration Backup and disaster recovery solutions Experience managing IT projects and leading technical teams. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
