Start your career as a Customer-Focused Graduate within our VAS/Cellular and POS/Digital team, where you’ll help enhance the customer experience across eCommerce, Financial Services, and POS platforms.

You’ll work at the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience, supporting solutions that positively impact how customers interact with our brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in gathering and understanding customer and business requirements
  • Support improvements to online, in-store, and digital customer journeys
  • Work with IT teams and partners to enhance eCommerce and FinTech systems
  • Participate in system testing (UAT) to ensure quality customer experiences
  • Help analyse customer processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Support system documentation, training, and user support
  • Contribute to delivering seamless and efficient customer-facing solutions

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Information Systems / IT
  • Business Analysis
  • Computer Science
