HR Business Partner

We are seeking a well-presented HR Business Partner to work at a reputable mine based in Rustenburg.

Minimum Requirements

• Human Resources related Degree or National Diploma
• 5 years’ Human Resources experience in a mining environment
• Registered with the South African Board of People Practices (SABPP) – advantageous
• HR Best Practice, HR Regulation, HR Systems
• Provide General HR Service Delivery
• Manage and Plan Labour Availability
• Manage Workforce Planning
