A leading player in the building sector is seeking an experienced

Technical Sales Representative to drive business growth, manage key accounts, and provide technical solutions to customers across the construction and architectural industries.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities: Develop and grow relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities Provide technical advice and product recommendations to fabricators, contractors, architects and specifiers Prepare quotations, proposals and project solutions Conduct site visits, client meetings and industry networking activities Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals Achieve sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships Requirements: Minimum 5 years' technical sales experience within the construction or related industry Strong understanding of window, door, glazing or façade systems Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications Proven track record in B2B sales and business development Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills Relevant technical qualification advantageous
