About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Polymer Scientist with strong expertise in polyurethane chemistry to join our technical team. The role focuses on formulation optimisation, technical troubleshooting, manufacturing support, and customer-facing technical solutions while ensuring product performance and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and optimise polyurethane formulations.

· Lead R&D projects from concept to commercialisation.

· Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.

· Troubleshoot product and application challenges.

· Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives.

· Support product launches and customer implementation.

· Mentor and develop technical team members.

Minimum Requirements

· BSc in Chemistry or Polymer Science.

· Postgraduate qualification (MSc/PhD) advantageous.

Experience

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in polymer science or polyurethane R&D.

· Strong background in formulation and product development.

· Experience with rigid foams, CASE or related applications advantageous.

· Proven ability to manage technical projects.
