The Ideal Person Will Have/be

• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• A positive role model and influence with regards to Health and Safety.
• Actively identify risks and present suggestions of improvement.
• Proactive and enthusiastic attitude to meet and exceed targets.
• Proven record of being a positive team player.
• To have excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
• To adapt to a fast paced and changeable environment with a can-do attitude.
• Able to work in an organised & methodical manner ensuring that all daily tasks are completed efficiently.
• Identify and present opportunities for growth to maximise departmental profitability.
• A proven track record of achieving targets in a busy working environment.

And If Possible (but Not Essential) Have

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a Workshop Environment.
• CDK / Keyloop knowledge.
• A strong working knowledge of modern motor technology.
• Previous experience of the BMW/MINI Brand.
