- Build robust, reusable automation components including libraries, templates, and custom activities for use across the delivery team.
- Implement exception handling, retry logic, and comprehensive logging to ensure production-grade reliability.
- Develop automations leveraging UiPath Document Understanding for intelligent document processing (IDP), including OCR, ML extractors, and validation workflows.
- Create and maintain automated test cases using UiPath Test Suite (Test Manager, Studio Test features) to support quality assurance and regression testing.
UiPath Platform & Orchestration
- Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator environments including tenants, folders, robots, assets, queues, schedules, and triggers.
- Deploy and manage attended robots, unattended robots, and Automation Cloud Robots (CR) across enterprise environments.
- Administer UiPath Automation Hub to support idea submission, pipeline management, and ROI tracking across the automation programme.
- Leverage UiPath Process Mining and Task Mining to identify, validate, and prioritise automation opportunities from process data.
- Build human-in-the-loop workflows using UiPath Action Center and UiPath Apps for task assignment, approval processes, and exception handling.
- Use UiPath Insights and built-in analytics to monitor robot performance, queue SLAs, and business KPIs.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs using UiPath Integration Service connectors and HTTP activity packages.
Process Discovery & Analysis
- Facilitate process discovery workshops and As-Is process walkthroughs with client SMEs and business analysts.
- Produce Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs) to defined standards.
- Assess processes against automation suitability criteria and produce business case documentation including effort estimates and ROI projections.
- Identify and document exceptions, edge cases, and process variants to support robust automation design.
Client Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions, solution design discussions, and UAT sign-off with client business and IT stakeholders.
- Present automation solutions, progress updates, and outcomes to senior management in a clear, business-focused manner.
- Manage client expectations, deliverables, and timelines within an Agile / iterative delivery framework.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation and user training materials.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and client CoE teams.
