POSITION INFO

Minimum Requirements: Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying Minimum 5 years' experience within the construction or property development sector Strong residential building project experience essential Proven experience managing project costs, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor accounts Ability to work independently across both office and site environments Strong contractual and financial management skills Excellent communication and reporting abilities Proficient in CCS Candy and Microsoft Office advantageous Valid driver's licence essential Key Responsibilities: Full quantity surveying functions on residential developments Cost planning, estimating, and budget control Tender adjudication and subcontractor management Preparation and management of payment certificates and valuations Monitoring project profitability and financial reporting Site measurements and progress evaluations Liaising with contractors, consultants, and project teams Ensuring projects remain within budget and programme targets
