Vacancy: Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide variety of products. A significant part of this role involves close collaboration with our manufacturing team, so excellent communication skills are essential.

Manage Daily Stock Operations: Oversee all receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Conduct Regular Stock Counts: Plan and execute routine stock counts and cycle counts to ensure absolute inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.

Liaise with the Factory: Act as the primary point of contact between the warehouse and the factory. You will coordinate closely with the manufacturing team to ensure seamless supply chain flow and timely fulfillment of production needs.

Organize Fabric Inventory: Specifically manage, organize, and conduct detailed stock counts of all fabric inventory, ensuring materials are stored correctly and accurately recorded for factory use.

Fleet Management: Oversee the company's vehicle fleet, including coordinating regular maintenance, tracking vehicle usage, and ensuring efficient dispatch and delivery operations.

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet daily productivity targets and maintain health and safety standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

Valid Driver’s License: A valid driver's license is strictly required for this position.

Experience: Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, or a similar management role, ideally with exposure to fleet management.

Inventory Skills: Hands-on experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse management software (WMS).

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across different departments (especially manufacturing/factory teams).
