SUMMARY

REGIONAL QUALITY MANAGER KZN

DURBAN

To be considered for this position applicants must meet the following criteria:

• A National Diploma or related degree is essential
• At least 5 years’ experience dealing with Quality Assurance and FSSC Systems.
• At least 5 years Management experience
• At least 5 years in a Manufacturing environment in a Quality Manager position, preferably in the FMCG or Packaging, Bottling, Beverage industry.
• Sound knowledge of FSSC 22000 Systems essential

POSITION INFO

Duties and Responsibilities: Implement, review, ensure compliance to and maintenance of all Quality systems and procedures in the region Develop and execute an internal Quality audit program Actively implement continuous improvement projects Manage the Quality team Ensure Quality assurance with regards to raw materials and final products Reduce customer complaints Partner with Sales Managers to provide Customers with outstanding service Assemble, analyse and report Quality statistics and trends and make recommendations Manage the MRM, DRM process Facilitate the Management of Change Process (DRM, ISIR) and other quality improvements Establish and manage Quality budget Provide support to the Production Process Support to SHEQ as needed
