What you will do
Drive sales of capital and disposable medical devices within assigned territory, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and margin targets
Develop and execute territory plans to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline and deliver against budget expectations
Engage surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital administrators to deliver product demonstrations and clinical support during procedures
Identify, acquire, and onboard new customers while maintaining and growing existing accounts to increase market share
Organize and deliver product trainings, workshops, and in-theatre support sessions to ensure effective product adoption
Coordinate product logistics, including consignment, loan kits, and inventory, in partnership with internal stakeholders
Monitor territory performance, analyze market trends, and adapt strategies to respond to changing conditions
Maintain accurate sales activity records, customer interactions, and forecasting data, ensuring timely purchase order collection
What you will need
Required
Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales )
Minimum 2 years of experience supporting cases in operating theatre or clinical environments
Full professional proficiency in English
Valid driver’s license
Preferred
Experience in Sports Medicine or Visualization field
Experience selling both capital equipment and disposable medical products
Experience managing a defined sales territory with revenue responsibility
