My client who is a premium retail group that serves as the official, authorized destination for high-performance luxury sports fashion, elite team wear, and exclusive high-value lifestyle apparel is looking for a dynamic Retail Sales Consultant to join their team in Umhlanga.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Transactions: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, operate the till, accurately handle transactions, and assist with cashing up under supervision.
• Customer Excellence: Assist customers with product location, offer expert product advice, answer queries, and proactively update the customer database with new stock and sales.
• Store Maintenance & Stock Control: Participate in daily store operations, ensure pristine visual displays, assist with receiving deliveries, stock replenishment, and regular stock takes to minimize loss.
• Operations: Adhere to company policies, health and safety codes, and assist with general housekeeping and ad-hoc duties as required.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Matric / Grade 12 (with a solid basic knowledge of arithmetic).
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; highly organized with great problem-solving abilities.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar environment will be highly beneficial
• Tech Savvy: Good computer literacy.
• Attributes: Target-driven, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
