Minimum Requirements â Matric (Grade 12) â Valid Driver's License and Own Reliable Vehicle â Fully Computer Literate with experience working on CRM systems â 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar Internal Sales / Sales Administration role â Previous experience within the FMCG, Manufacturing, or Engineering industries â Excellent verbal and written communication skills â Strong organisational and administrative abilities â Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service â Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently Key Responsibilities Sales Administration & Customer Support Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and related sales documentation accurately and efficiently. Follow up on all quotations submitted to clients to maximize conversion opportunities. Capture and maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system. Coordinate customer demonstrations, mailshots, and sales-related activities. Sales Team Support Assist Sales Representatives in achieving sales targets and budget objectives. Generate reports and sales information as required by the Sales Team. Attend sales meetings and provide administrative support for upcoming engagements, appointments, site visits, and events. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and responsive service. Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery. Ensure customer requirements are met within agreed cost and time constraints. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with various departments to monitor progress on customer orders and projects. Communicate effectively across departments to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction. Assist in resolving production, delivery, and service-related challenges where required.
