Execute and deliver HR Policies and Internal Controls Compliance services within their groups. Define, design and develop policy frameworks, ensure awareness and enforce compliance to policy requirements. Provide expertise on HR policy and Employee Relations matters. Manage execution and operational direction of HR Internal Controls across geographies. Drive process communication, status reporting, audit resolution, action plan management and process updates.
