Sales Representative
POSITION INFO
- Sales and Business Development Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Increase market share and grow the customer base. Conduct regular customer visits and maintain route plans. 2. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, and other customers. Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer retention. 3. Product Promotion and Merchandising Promote company products and introduce new product lines. Ensure products are correctly displayed and merchandised according to company standards. Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability at customer outlets. Implement promotional campaigns and marketing activities. 4. Order Management Take customer orders accurately and submit them on time. Follow up on deliveries and ensure orders are fulfilled. Monitor customer stock requirements and recommend replenishment. 5. Market Intelligence Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Provide feedback on customer needs and market opportunities. Submit regular sales and market reports to management. 6. Collection and Credit Control Assist in monitoring customer accounts and outstanding balances. Follow up on overdue payments in accordance with company policies. Ensure compliance with approved credit terms. 7. Administration and Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Maintain accurate customer records and sales data. Ensure all sales documentation is completed correctly.
