The Opportunity As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will build your own client database, take the lead of your clients and candidates while delivering a consultative, end-to-end recruitment service. You will have the freedom to build, influence and grow with the support of an established brand, systems and operational infrastructure behind you. Key Responsibilities

• Manage full 360° recruitment process from brief to placement
• Build and maintain long-term client partnerships
• Source, headhunt and engage top talent across multiple industries
• Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments
• Prepare shortlists, market insights and candidate presentations
• Key account management
• Drive business development and identify growth opportunities
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future opportunities
• Deliver exceptional turnaround times and candidate experience
• Negotiate offers and manage placement outcomes
• Maintain CRM, reporting and recruitment activity What We're Looking For
• Minimum 5+ years recruitment experience (agency experience preferred)
• Proven placement and billing track record
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capability
• Excellent commercial and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously
• Self-motivated, proactive and results driven
• High attention to detail and professionalism
