The Opportunity As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will build your own client database, take the lead of your clients and candidates while delivering a consultative, end-to-end recruitment service. You will have the freedom to build, influence and grow with the support of an established brand, systems and operational infrastructure behind you. Key Responsibilities
- Manage full 360° recruitment process from brief to placement
- Build and maintain long-term client partnerships
- Source, headhunt and engage top talent across multiple industries
- Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments
- Prepare shortlists, market insights and candidate presentations
- Key account management
- Drive business development and identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future opportunities
- Deliver exceptional turnaround times and candidate experience
- Negotiate offers and manage placement outcomes
- Maintain CRM, reporting and recruitment activity What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years recruitment experience (agency experience preferred)
- Proven placement and billing track record
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capability
- Excellent commercial and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously
- Self-motivated, proactive and results driven
- High attention to detail and professionalism
