AdMakers International is a creative marketing agency building bold, modern digital experiences for global brands. We believe that striking visual aesthetics must seamlessly blend with intuitive functionality, and we are looking for a Junior Web Designer who is eager to push creative boundaries.

If you have a sharp eye for layout, typography, and clean minimalist structures, and you love creating digital interfaces that are as functional as they are beautiful, you will fit right in. This role is ideal for a driven designer early in their career who wants to collaborate closely with both senior creatives and development teams to bring high-impact digital products to life.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize & Design: Assist in designing sleek, high-fidelity web layouts and digital interfaces that align with client branding and creative direction.
• Responsive Architecture: Create adaptive web layouts that translate beautifully across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints.
• Collaborate with Devs: Work hand-in-hand with our front-end developers to ensure your design files are perfectly structured for a seamless handoff and launch.
• Maintain Consistency: Help build and maintain unified design systems, UI components, and style guides to ensure consistency across digital projects.
• Iterate & Refine: Actively participate in creative brainstorming sessions, taking constructive feedback to iterate and polish interface designs.
• Stay Inspired: Keep a pulse on emerging digital design trends, user experience patterns, and interactive web aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Figma Proficiency: Hands-on experience designing web layouts in Figma. You must understand how to construct responsive, well-organized frames and components.
• Design Fundamentals: A rock-solid understanding of layout hierarchy, grids, typography, and modern color theory.
• Digital Sensitivity: A deep curiosity about UI/UX principles, user journeys, and what makes an interface intuitive to navigate.
• Proof of Concept: A structured portfolio showcasing your digital design skills, web layouts, or mockups. Please note: A design portfolio is absolute imperative. We will not accept a simple CV submission.
• Team Mindset: An eagerness to learn, collaborate, and adapt within a fast-paced, highly creative team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience creating interactive prototypes directly within Figma.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator, for asset creation or photo manipulation.
• A basic understanding of how front-end code works (HTML/CSS), enabling you to design with technical execution in mind.
