SUMMARY
Purpose of the Internship: We are committed to youth skills development, providing graduates with an opportunity to gain work-based experience. Applications are invited for the Medical Management Internship from unemployed graduates between the age of 18 and 25 (with disability). The Internship program will run for a period of eighteen (18) months. Verification process will be undertaken to verify whether you have previous work anywhere within the Republic of South Africa.
Work based exposure may include the following
Medical Management Section
- Drafting and activation of undertakings
- Case management
- Bill Review of medical invoices
- Preauthorization of rehabilitation services
- Drafting of Treatment plans
Undertaking/ Medical Payments Section
- Medical Payments assessments -capture invoices and request payments
- Caregiver Payments administration
- Trust/ curators assessments and payments

Qualifications and other Requirements Certified copy of Grade 12 / Matric certificate Certified copy of Bachelor's degree in Health Science/ Medical/Law Related Qualification Certified copy of your ID Certified copy of Academic transcript (applications without transcripts will be eliminated) Your CV and motivational letter INSTRUCTION TO PROSPECTIVE APPLICANTS The applicant must have a disability Indicate the province and the reference number for the Internship you are applying for on the subject line.
