Customer Support & Client Relationship Management:
• Monitor and manage company support platforms, ensuring client queries are addressed within agreed service levels.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor during implementation and support engagements.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve software-related issues efficiently.
• Escalate complex technical issues where necessary while maintaining clear communication with clients.
• Ensure support requests are accurately documented, managed, and closed within expected timeframes.
• Gather client feedback and communicate enhancement opportunities and future requirements to the product and development teams.
• Provide clear guidance and recommendations to clients to maximize the value of the software solution.
Software Implementation & Project Delivery
• Lead and support the implementation of Capisol software solutions for new and existing clients.
• Analyze client business requirements to meet operational needs and best-practice processes.
• Work closely with the project manager to ensure implementation milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Conduct software testing, user acceptance testing support, and implementation validation activities.
• Deliver client training sessions both remotely and on-site, ensuring successful user adoption.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance client outcomes.
• Assist with data migration, system configuration, and integration activities where required.
• Contribute to implementation methodologies, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years' experience in software implementation, application support, business systems consulting, or a related technical role.
• Experience working directly with clients in a consulting, support, or project delivery environment.
• Exposure to ERP, CRM, document management, workflow, or SaaS platforms will be advantageous.
• Experience facilitating training sessions and user onboarding is beneficial.
