Our client, a well-established wealth management and financial advisory firm, is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Front Office Administrator to join their team in Umhlanga. This role is suited to an organised individual with strong administrative skills and experience within the financial advisory industry, who is comfortable supporting advisors and interacting with high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front office and provide administrative support to financial advisors
- Liaise with clients and coordinate meetings, including preparation of documentation
- Maintain and update CRM systems and internal workflow processes
- Prepare portfolio schedules and assist with annual client reviews
- Obtain and compile investment statements, tax certificates, and related reports
- Assist with new business processes across various financial institutions
- Ensure all documentation and administration is completed accurately and within strict deadlines
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Experience in Investment Admin is essential for this role
- Previous experience within an IFA / financial advisory environment
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- High proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines
