Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 12–15+ years in software engineering and technology roles
- 5–10+ years in senior leadership (Head of Engineering / CTO / Director)
- Experience leading large teams and complex delivery environments
- Proven track record in scaling products or platforms
- Strong technical background across modern architectures and cloud platforms
- Leadership in Agile, DevOps, and engineering best practices
- Ability to drive innovation, strategy, and execution
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
