Vacancy: Guest House Manager
Role Purpose
To oversee daily operations of the guest house, including managing guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, housekeeping, and maintenance. The role also involves handling guest inquiries and complaints while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise staff members
- Oversee daily operations of running the guest house
- Manage M-Pesa transactions and process payments
- Handle and resolve high-level customer queries, inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Provide periodic reports on service quality and operational progress
Competencies
- Skills in sales and customer relationship management
- Ability to promote new business establishment
- Excellent communication skills in both Sesotho and English
- Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant managerial work experience
