Systems Administrator (Recruitment Operations)

We’re hiring a Systems Administrator (Recruitment Operations) role for one of our clients, a fast-growing international recruitment business operating across the UK, US, and Europe.

This is a hands-on IT operations role where you’ll take ownership of day-to-day systems, user support, devices, and core recruitment tooling across a global team. You’ll effectively replace an outsourced MSP and become the internal go-to for everything from Microsoft 365 administration to onboarding, access control, and operational support.

The role is fully remote and works US hours, supporting distributed teams across multiple regions.

  • Providing first and second-line IT support across UK and US teams
  • Managing Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Handling onboarding and offboarding end-to-end (accounts, devices, access, licences)
  • Managing hardware provisioning, procurement, and asset tracking
  • Supporting core recruitment tools (ATS, telephony, CRM platforms)
  • Maintaining system hygiene, access control, and security processes
  • Triage and resolution of a high volume of daily support requests
  • 3+ years’ experience in IT support, systems administration, or MSP environment
  • Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
  • Experience with hardware provisioning and remote device support
  • Comfortable supporting users across multiple time zones
  • Able to manage high-volume, fast-paced support environments
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Must be able to work US business hours sustainably
