We are a Builder Development Institution dedicated to developing entrepreneurs, leaders, and industrialists capable of building profitable enterprises, resilient institutions, productive industries, and thriving communities.

Available Roles
We are currently seeking exceptional individuals for the following founding roles:
- Transformation Architect Help entrepreneurs, leaders, and business owners achieve measurable transformation through coaching, accountability, implementation support, and performance improvement
- Operator Build the systems, processes, and operational backbone required to deliver world-class programmes and create an institution capable of scaling its impact
- Growth Architect Design and execute strategies that attract, engage, and grow a community of builders across Lesotho and eventually across Africa
- Research & Intelligence Lead Identify opportunities, analyse industries, study successful enterprises, and generate insights that strengthen programmes and strategic direction
