• IT Degree and or Agile Master Certified One or more of the below: Professional Scrum Master III; Certified Scrum Professional - Scrum Master (scrumailliance.org); Certified SAFe Program Consultant (scaledagile.com); Certified SAFe Agilisit (scaledagile.com)Ability to manage a technical team using agile methodologies.
• 5+ years proven experience in the role of Scrum/Agile Master
• Able to quickly understand the functionality and technicalities of the product they are managing. Leadership skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
• Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (e.g., numerous Burndown techniques, Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc).
• Ability to take initiative and make calculated decisions with the goal of improving team delivery.
• KPI monitoring and ITSM reporting / feedback.
• Ability to manage a technical / operational team using agile methodologies.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Able to easily communicate with people from different countries.
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.
