Overview
Build partnerships with schools and drive enrolments.
Role Purpose
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with schools, organizations, and community stakeholders to promote programmes, drive student participation, and achieve impact goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage schools and partners
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships
- Promote programmes and secure participation
- Organize meetings, presentations, and outreach activities
- Follow up and ensure partner satisfaction
- Achieve monthly targets for enrolment and partnerships
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
- Proven experience in partnership building, sales, or relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for youth development and community impact
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
