You will drive product specification and project conversion by engaging architects, quantity surveyors, contractors, and property developers. This is a specification-driven sales role within a structured, target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and manage architectural drawings to support accurate product specifications
- Deliver product presentations, technical workshops, and CPD sessions to architects and key clients
- Provide technical advice on installation methods, compliance, and safe use of architectural ironmongery
- Proactively identify and follow up on new project opportunities
- Track project progress and convert specifications into confirmed orders
- Attend site meetings to support implementation and resolve technical challenges
- Achieve sales and budget targets consistently
Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience in specification or project-driven sales
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and recommend compliant solutions
- Strong relationship-building skills with architects and construction professionals
- Excellent verbal and written communication; confident presenter
- Well-organised, self-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional references from architectural/construction contacts advantageous
