Assistant Manager-Admissions
Qualifications & Experience
- Masters Degree in Business Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ progressive admissions experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Key Performance Areas(KPAs)
- Responsible for overseeing all activities within the Admissions Department including but not limited to the following: Student recruitment and enrolment at all campuses starting from enquiry to enrolment; communication with stakeholders; submission of invoices to sponsors and ensuring timely payment.
- Provide guidance to the managers with regard to the budget preparation in the departments and ensuring the budget is submitted timely for approval to the Assistant Dean and strictly adhered to.
- Provide guidance to the teams under her supervision with regards to QMS issues in the department.
- Provide guidance to the team members in the preparation of management reports and timely submission.
- Manage administrative operations including finance, HR, Staff training and development.
