Career Opportunity: HR Practitioner – Business Partner

The Central Bank of Lesotho invites applications for the position of HR Practitioner – Business Partner.

The HR Practitioner in the Business Partner division works closely with the HR Business Partner and staff to implement the HR agenda in support of the Bank’s strategic objectives. The role focuses on operational support and ensuring that departmental talent is optimised to enable effective delivery of the Bank’s mandate.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Strategic Planning
    • Implement immediate, short-term, and long-term HR development (HRD) objectives and plans for business partnerships
    • Align HR analytics strategy with the Bank’s overall corporate strategy
  • Policies, Procedures, Systems, and Controls
    • Implement policies, procedures, systems, and controls to guide HRD operations and functions within allocated departments
  • Service Delivery
    • Implement HRM business partner strategy to ensure departments are supported in delivering on the Bank’s mandate and strategy
  • Stakeholder Management and Communication
    • Communicate HRM and business partner matters to internal stakeholders in collaboration with the HR Centre of Excellence (HR-COE)
  • Administration
    • Execute human resources administrative processes and ensure effective system utilisation and functionality for line departments
  • Risk and Audit Assurance
    • Implement risk and audit management processes within the HRD business partner function
  • Analysis
    • Collect, compile, and analyse HR data and metrics to support informed decision-making and reporting
  • Reporting
    • Report on departmental human resources changes and activities
    • Assist in providing data for business partner division reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
