Under Open Competitive Tendering
Background
The Judiciary has received funding from the Government of Lesotho for the acquisition and installation of air-conditioning systems.
Invitation
The Judiciary invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and installation of air-conditioning.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national bidding method under the Public Procurement Act.
Access to Bidding Documents
Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect bidding documents at the address provided below during working hours (09:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
Tender documents may be purchased upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of M500.00. Payment must be made in cash.
Submission of Bids
- Submission deadline: 24 July 2026 at 10:00 AM (local time)
- Bids must be delivered to the specified address below
- All bids must include a bid security of M48,000.00
- Bid securities must remain valid until 24 December 2026
Late bids will be rejected.

- Date: 24 July 2026
- Time: 10:30 AM

Bidders’ representatives may attend the opening.

Site visits will be conducted at Magistrate Courts and High Court locations as follows:
- Mokhotlong and Butha-Buthe: 6 July 2026 at 10:00 AM and 2:30 PM respectively
- Berea: 7 July 2026 at 10:00 AM
- Qacha’s Nek and Quthing: 8 July 2026 at 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM respectively
- Mohale’s Hoek and Mafeteng: 9 July 2026 at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM respectively
- Thaba-Tseka and Maseru: 10 July 2026 at 10:00 AM and 2:30 PM respectively
