Quantity Surveyor

Our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its infrastructure division based in Bloemfontein. This opportunity is suited to a commercially focused professional with strong contracting, estimating and cost management experience within the infrastructure construction environment.

Minimum Requirements

• BSc Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience.
• Advanced experience with CCS and BuildSmart integration.
• Proven contracting and estimating experience in infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated site-based QS experience.
• Experience working with SMMEs.
• Working knowledge of COLTO, COTO, SANS, GCC, FIDIC, JBCC and NEC contracts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
• Willingness to be based in Bloemfontein and travel regularly..
