Our client in the clothing manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Senior Patternmaker to lead the Patternmaking Department.
Key Responsibilities
Develop master production patterns, blocks, and size ranges
Create patterns from design sketches and ensure fit, quality, and accuracy
Assess garments, improve construction methods, and advise factory teams
Collaborate with designers and suppliers
Maintain a digital pattern library
Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in Lectra Modaris
3D Pattern Making experience (advantageous)
Strong technical and management skills
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
