Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12/Standard 10 Technical qualification (Essential/Minimum)
- Trade: Electro Mechanical MQA/QCTO certification (Essential/Minimum)
- Certificate in Purchasing & Stores Management (Essential/Minimum)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in technical, maintenance or contract management (Essential/Minimum)
- Proven ability to manage master data within a corporate setting
- Experience with Information Management (IM) technology and infrastructure to support supply chain management
- Strong adherence to safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
- Document control and compliance assurance capability
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify service performance improvement opportunities
- Competency in ERP systems, specifically SAP and Pilog, for data management and material identification
- Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum)
- Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and compliant codification of materials and services in alignment with company standards and policies.
- Manage master data creation and maintenance, addressing duplications and ensuring integrity.
- Facilitate seamless enterprise resource planning through effective document control and compliance assurance.
- Identify and execute service performance improvements to enhance supply chain management efficiency.
- Implement and support information management technology infrastructure for codification processes.
- Uphold safety practices consistent with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies and procedures.
- Monitor and improve purchasing accuracy by managing master data and enhancing transactional visibility.
- Engage in functional processes aimed at standardizing and increasing operational efficiency.
- Provide specialized support in managing hazardous chemicals and optimizing material requirements planning.
- Promote a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning to align with the company's values.
