Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12/Standard 10 Technical qualification (Essential/Minimum)
• Trade: Electro Mechanical MQA/QCTO certification (Essential/Minimum)
• Certificate in Purchasing & Stores Management (Essential/Minimum)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in technical, maintenance or contract management (Essential/Minimum)
• Proven ability to manage master data within a corporate setting
• Experience with Information Management (IM) technology and infrastructure to support supply chain management
• Strong adherence to safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
• Document control and compliance assurance capability
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify service performance improvement opportunities
• Competency in ERP systems, specifically SAP and Pilog, for data management and material identification
• Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum)
• Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and compliant codification of materials and services in alignment with company standards and policies.
• Manage master data creation and maintenance, addressing duplications and ensuring integrity.
• Facilitate seamless enterprise resource planning through effective document control and compliance assurance.
• Identify and execute service performance improvements to enhance supply chain management efficiency.
• Implement and support information management technology infrastructure for codification processes.
• Uphold safety practices consistent with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies and procedures.
• Monitor and improve purchasing accuracy by managing master data and enhancing transactional visibility.
• Engage in functional processes aimed at standardizing and increasing operational efficiency.
• Provide specialized support in managing hazardous chemicals and optimizing material requirements planning.
• Promote a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning to align with the company's values.
