MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in horticulture preferable but not necessary.
- Minimum of five years citrus (orchard) work experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Willingness to learn.
- Valid driver’s licence.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
- Assisting the Production manager achieve continuing excellence.
- He/ she needs to be competent, curious, focused and determined to attain the best standards possible.
- The position is 10% office and 90% orchard based.
