SUMMARY

Well-established and fast-paced operation in Pretoria is seeking a Financial Controller to join its finance team. Reporting directly to the FD and be responsible for financial administration, reporting, reconciliations, budgeting support, and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance across the business.

POSITION INFO

Minimum Requirements BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Completed articles 2-3 years'' experience in a Financial Controller or accounting-related role Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical and numerical ability Excellent attention to detail Strong organisational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and within a team Excellent communication skills Afrikaans speaking (essential) Key Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of financial reports Process and review financial transactions Assist with monthly management accounts and reporting Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow Assist with budgeting and forecasting Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures Support internal and external audits Coordinate financial information across departments Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems Assist with daily financial operations and ad hoc duties Identify and resolve financial discrepancies promptly Competencies High attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent coordination and administrative abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong work ethic and integrity Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and reporting skills Professionalism and confidentiality when handling financial information Advantageous Experience within manufacturing, production, FMCG, or related industries Experience working on financial, accounting, or ERP systems Apply Now If you meet the above requirements and are looking for an opportunity to further your career in financial management and reporting, we would like to hear from you.
