Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Temporary Office Administrator to join their team on a 3-month contract. This role requires an individual with exceptional administrative and data capturing skills who can work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Location: Coega, Port Elizabeth Contract Duration: 3 Months Start Date: 1 July Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00 2-3 Saturdays per month: 08:00 - 14:00 Key Responsibilities Perform high-volume, accurate data capturing. Manage general administrative duties and filing. Draft and respond to emails professionally. Maintain electronic and manual records. Capture, update and verify information with 100% accuracy. Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and reports. Provide general office support to the team. Ensure all work is completed within required deadlines. Minimum Requirements Previous experience in an administrative or office support role. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent typing speed with exceptional data capturing ability. Proven ability to maintain 100% accuracy. Excellent attention to detail. Strong organisational and time management skills. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Reliable, punctual and able to commit to the full 3-month contract.
