Oncology Registered Nurse

Our client is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Oncology Registered Nurse to join a specialised healthcare team in the Western Cape. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced nursing professional to provide high-quality patient care within a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care to oncology patients in accordance with established clinical standards
• Monitor patient conditions and provide ongoing support throughout treatment journeys
• Administer prescribed treatments and medications safely and effectively
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care requirements
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

• Current registration with SANC as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in a similar environment
• Experience within a Private Hospital setting
• Post Basic Qualification will be advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centred care
