SUMMARY

Own the end-to-end production Kubernetes platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, observability, and an optimal developer experience. Design, build, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on developing and implementing infrastructure-as-code across development, testing, and production environments.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities: Platform Ownership Operate and upgrade K8s clusters (quotas, RBAC, namespaces) Own autoscaling, node pools, and capacity planning Manage clusters via Rancher (multi-cluster access & visibility) Maintain Helm charts (versioning, releases, env configs) Reliability & Uptime Define and track SLOs/SLIs Lead on-call, incidents, and post-mortems Eliminate single points of failure Observability Maintain monitoring stack (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki) Optimize alerting; reduce noise Ensure distributed tracing for key services Pipeline & Delivery Manage Azure DevOps CI/CD with security gates Support dev teams while preserving stability Infrastructure as Code Manage Azure via Terraform Enforce DRY, version-controlled IaC (no drift) Cost & Efficiency Right-size workloads and reduce waste Report and optimize infrastructure spend Job Experience and skill required 4+ years experience in Infrastructure / platform / SRE roles Production-grade K8s experience Strong Terraform, remote state, modules, CI-driven apply on Azure Proficiency in in at least one Scripting / systems language: Go, Python, Bash Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, routing, DNS, TLS, Ingress controllers, service mesh basics Linux administration fluency Apply now!
