Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Associate

A growing M&A advisory firm is seeking a talented M&A Associate to join their team. The successful candidate will support transaction execution by preparing high-quality financial analyses, information memorandums, teaser documents, and valuation models for clients.

Experience Requirements

• 3–4 years’ experience in M&A, corporate finance, transaction advisory, investment banking, or a related environment
• BCom Honours in Finance/Accounting or CA(SA) qualification preferred
• Strong experience preparing Information Memorandums, teaser documents, and transaction materials
• Advanced financial modelling skills, including valuation and transaction analysis
• Strong academic background with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
