The team is experienced and collaborative, offering exposure to diverse brands and exciting projects. They focus on providing traditional design, digital design, and video execution for a diverse client portfolio. The Role: Senior Graphic Designer This hands-on leadership role exists for a highly skilled creative professional to manage client relationships, drive creative excellence, and help lead the design department forward. The position contributes to the business by leading the creative process from strategy and concept development through to execution and delivery while mentoring and supporting designers. Key Responsibilities Possess a minimum of 6+ years'' experience in a design agency environment to manage client relationships directly and build strong professional relationships, understand client objectives, and present concepts and creative work confidently to clients and internal teams. Run daily morning meetings and creative team check-ins, monitor project progress, and ensure all projects are delivered on time, on brief, and to the highest standard. Design and develop creative assets across digital and traditional media, creating branding, advertising, marketing collateral, presentations, social media content, and digital campaigns. Edit and produce high-quality short-form video content, animations, and motion graphics that align with brand strategies and campaign objectives. Maintain and build websites using WordPress and support social media initiatives, including content creation, community management, and paid campaign creative and set-up. Champion the adoption of AI tools and workflows within the agency, leveraging advanced knowledge of Freepik Magnific and other AI-powered creative platforms. Implement advanced motion graphics and animation, collaborate on website UX/UI improvements, integrate SEO best practices, and manage paid social media campaigns. About You Minimum 6+ years'' experience in a design agency environment and proven experience in a senior graphic design role. Degree in Visual Communications / Graphic Design (or industry-specific). Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related applications, alongside advanced WordPress development and maintenance skills. Advanced knowledge of Freepik Magnific and other AI-powered creative platforms and proficiency with Monday.com, Notion, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media management platforms. Strong video editing and motion graphics capabilities, and a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across graphic design, digital design, branding, and short-form video content creation. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, strong presentation and communication skills, and excellent client-facing and relationship management abilities. Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills with comfort leading meetings and managing workflows. Advantageous knowledge of website builders, hosting environments, SEO best practices, paid social media campaigns, digital marketing strategies, and emerging AI design tools or automation workflows.
