Requirements
- Matric
- Diploma in General Nursing
- Registration with SANC
- Previous experience in High Care or ICU
- Ability to function independently
Key Outputs
- Provide good quality patient care according to RN scope of practice
- Contributes positively to the holistic care of patients
- Effective risk management and prevention
- Participate in Ward quality improvement programme
- Effective communication with patients regarding their care plan
- Ensures that all administration requirements of the Unit area met accordingly
