What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities) Receive and thoroughly inspect all incoming technical components and shipments. Capture and update stock data accurately into the internal inventory system in real time. Verify all incoming delivery notes strictly against physical supplier stock. Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency. Conduct regular weekly cycle counts to ensure 99% stock audit accuracy. Issue technical parts and electronic components to workshop technicians smoothly. Coordinate with courier services to prepare items for daily dispatch. Maintain a safe, clean, and perfectly organized storage environment. What You Need to Apply (Qualifications & Experience) A completed Senior Certificate (Grade 12). A Certificate or Diploma in Storekeeping, Warehouse Management, or Logistics. Three years of proven experience managing inventory inside a technical warehouse. Strong proficiency in digital data entry and Microsoft Excel. A professional, structured work ethic with excellent problem-solving skills for handling stock variations. Outstanding communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal procurement and technical teams. A valid forklift license or a SAPICS membership will be highly advantageous.
