Position: Claims Analyst

Location: Highlands North, Raedene Estate, Johannesburg (On-Site – Not Remote)

Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM SAST (Training and Permanent Schedule)

What You’ll Do

Process and adjudicate medical claims accurately and efficiently

Analyze claims using diagnosis, provider information, and policy guidelines

Resolve pending claims and prior authorization requests

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless claims processing

Maintain exceptional quality and performance standards

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in medical claims processing (health insurance experience preferred)

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

High attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is advantageous
